Reason: I needed a little extra boost in the morning and before my afternoon workouts. I take it first thing in the morning before cardio and also 1/2 hour before my afternoon workout. I drink it throughout my workout. It tastes good and mixes well.

Reason: Tastes great - no need for butter or anything on it. Mixes easily, cooks nice and fluffy and tastes great!
