Was active in High School and College then got fat going to Art College and working at a computer all day. I was a chub and decided to do Body-for-Life in 2000. The rest is history

How I Stay Motivated:
Music and being able to fit into my clothes. Photographing fit people and attending shows also reminds me to stay away from the donuts
BB Accomplishments:
Competing in 2 shows and having the opportunity to photograph for the magazines I grew up reading.
Often times competitors get so caught up in winning that it is borderline unhealthy and to the point that it becomes an obsession. When the outside world looks at what a competitor goes through, many would and do consider it an illness.
