jwethall I use a few different methods. Lately I've been alternating between Dorian Yate's HIT style and Hany Rambod's FST-7 in 3 week cycles (FST for 3 weeks, then HIT for 3 weeks). I'm currently in a HIT cycle. I've also just always been thick. My battle is staying lean. We all have our strengths and our battles right? Dec 19, 2012 12:20pm

TLdouggie Thanks I'm gonna look at it. There are times when I hit each body part once a week I was training for a bench contest I did that because I was going so heavy. I won the contest and then I won the t-bar row contest and the strict curl all in one day. I may do another in April or may if I get my bench weight up where I want it. Nov 27, 2012 9:26pm

TLdouggie Well I don't have a certain style I do a 3 day split mostly. I like to life heavy when I ca. I actually just set a list of new goals for the new year. It's hard to stay on a schedule with my travel schedule sometimes. Really I just eat a lot and lift heavy and try to get cardio in which I hate most of the time Nov 27, 2012 12:39pm
