I started lifting as a teenager when I joined my highschool weightlifting team. I've been doing it ever since!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because I love the way it makes me feel and I can see the results of all my hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by always keeping my workout fresh and being open to try new techniques and excercises.
BB Accomplishments:
Well I haven't done any competitions yet but would one day like to. So I would have to say that my biggest accomplishment is living a healthy lifestyle for over a decade now!
My Year has been great!! I am doing Cardio 4-5 days a week. Lifting 3 days a week. How many days of Cardio do you do during your cut cycle bro?? The duration of cardio?? Any advice would help.
What's up bro, I have taken a lot of different supps. trying to figure out what works best for my body. Currently I take a N.O. because I like the way it makes me feel for my workouts, a recovery with amino's and a Protein Shake. Sticking with those three works pretty good for now. I might add a testosterone later just for fun.
