GORILLABOYSUNNY My Year has been great!! I am doing Cardio 4-5 days a week. Lifting 3 days a week. How many days of Cardio do you do during your cut cycle bro?? The duration of cardio?? Any advice would help. Feb 10, 2009 11:03pm

MikeEsp_Fit What's up bro, I have taken a lot of different supps. trying to figure out what works best for my body. Currently I take a N.O. because I like the way it makes me feel for my workouts, a recovery with amino's and a Protein Shake. Sticking with those three works pretty good for now.
