i just have a quick question. I dont think that i have a great lifting routine, and a good selection of supps. my routine is tri/chest, bi/back, legs/abs, shoulder, and rest all on seperate days of the week, and currently im taking scivation whey and cellmass, and a little bit of green magnitude that i had left over. What do you think about this, and if you can please give me some tips if you dont think i have the right routine and good supps. thanks
