Everything is on today! Cardio this morning, training at lunch and diet clean. I can't wait to feel a bit back to normal. I've put on a couple pounds this past month because my eating was out of control. I miss feeling tight. I don't feel like me.

I read that if you have Denny's on mondays between the hours of 7:45am-9am it doesn't count. like zero cals. It was published somewhere, that means it's true. Phewf. and we were worried.
