Family first bro. That is good that you are spending time with them before setting your next goal. I am wanting to compete in the Summer. I need to get more intense about dropping my "winter coat" first though. Take care bud.
Jason- you lifting junkie!
Could you do me a favor?
Could you go to the "Actual" You Tube site and search Andy Haman and view my New American Gladiator video and make a comment!
It just might help SHOCK!
Thanks! and Take Care-
Andy
thanks man, i could always be bigger. your conditioning is awesome. I will be following your journal. I am going to be starting one at the end of feb when i start dieting for an NGA show in Utah and the Natural Mile high. Good luck man!
There is a slight chance I'll consider doing the Mile High as a warmup for the Colorado State. My number one focus in coming in shredded (something I have yet to achieve!). I will be nice being in the summer months in top shape!
That's awesome JR. I am probably only going to do the Colorado State this year. I might to the Colorado Natural, but my wife wants to take a vacation around that time.
JR... what show are you planning on doing? The competitions I am aware of include the Mountain States and the Northern. Are you doing one of those or are you going out of state?
The crazy thing is that I woke up that morning (weigh-in day) at 180 lbs and normally I gain 3-4 lbs during the day. I could hardly eat or drink all day and I spent time in the sauna. If I would have had my body fat low enough it would have been fine... ugh!
