How I Started:
I consider my start to be when I began SS in 2007. Before that I was just doing a bunch of random exercises, not knowing much. Now I have a better opportunity to get into the best shape of my life, and this time around nothing will stop me.
Why I Love It:
its so invigorating. Pain is my best friend.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always aim to get 1 more rep or add more weight to my lifts.

hi bro i just bought some man orotine.do yu recommend using monohydrate for off days...is it going to affect the effect of orotine?.Cuz its not very economical .Thanks
Thanks for the reps! You're right, we'll read about a bad lifting"accident" involving this guy, I'm afraid. I never try to discourage someone from trying to train, but there's a limit to what's good training!
Thanks for the kind words. I mainly frequent this place because I've been considering going into being a strength and conditioning coach, and was basically seeing if I knew anything and could actually help anyone on here. Seeing such good feedback was a nice surprise.
Looks like you put on some weight there son!! That's what's up that back starting to come in real nice! That's what's up! Keep it pushin remember every rep counts! I'll have some new pics up in a minute holla!
Deadlifts are one of my favorite exercises. Congratulations on the progress you're making. Your strength is truly growing, and very nice avi photo. :) T
Mike, that's a great philosophy. You wrote: "How I Stay Motivated: I always aim to get 1 more rep or add more weight to my lifts." That's it! One more rep, one more pound. It's all about progress!
you're welcome ;) haha my twin sister tryed telling me I was obsessed and I told her that the only reason it seems that was is because she's lazy. She's usually very supportive though she just doesn't understand how I stay so motivated :D
