When I Started: Jul, 2007
How I Started: I consider my start to be when I began SS in 2007. Before that I was just doing a bunch of random exercises, not knowing much. Now I have a better opportunity to get into the best shape of my life, and this time around nothing will stop me.
Why I Love It: its so invigorating. Pain is my best friend.
How I Stay Motivated: I always aim to get 1 more rep or add more weight to my lifts.

you're welcome ;) haha my twin sister tryed telling me I was obsessed and I told her that the only reason it seems that was is because she's lazy. She's usually very supportive though she just doesn't understand how I stay so motivated :D

Thanks, dude. Good luck with Rippetoes. I dont really know why I'm in red anyways, it's mostly from one person who's an idiot but whatever. And I you should get the Starting Strength and/or Practical Programming books, I have the SS book and it's great and PP is on the way. It helps alot. But I guess it's all in the sticky too...
