How I Started:
Well, I first got started just to drop a few lbs and tone up. I however, developed an eating disorder with all the strict dieting and got very sick. But then that led me into the healthy lifestyle that I live now in bodybuilding and eating the healthy way and exercise in moderation. Now I want to get bigger and eventually be 130 lbs of muscle.
Why I Love It:
Because its changed my body significantly. Its also shown me what I am good at and passionate about. I love food and I wont lie, I love donuts, icecream and frenchfries!! Which is why I dont cut those out. I eat in moderation and I try to balance everything because I love healthy food too :)
Also its given me confidence. I used to be VERY insecure and shy, I am such a different person now!!
How I Stay Motivated:
MUSIC!! & people around me. I see how unhealthy people are and I would never want to get stuck in a rut like that. Or becoming obese. I think staying healthy keeps everything in balance.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 40 lbs in 2 months. (which probably wasnt the healthiest thing in the world lol)
Getting my bodyfat down from 31% to 14%
Putting on as much lean muscle as I have in the past year or so :)
Ever since I was young I have always admired the strong, muscular but feminine physique of a female bodybuilder. & when I say this I dont mean the 180 lb female bodybuilders but more along the lines of Pauline Nordin and Jamie Eason. I love the muscle, veins and striations that you see in both those women and they inspire me to get like that:)
