Well this is my first post and ill explain why i will start keeping track of gains etc..  Yesterday was our sectional for track and field(last step before state) and i was actually supposed to to take 4th down at state.  Anyway i throw shot put and discus(i only cared about shot put at the meet though) and so we got through the first round in 4th place. top 4 make it to state and the entire top 4 was seperated by a total of 5 inches.  so a fellow teamate who also made it to the sectional was 2nd to last into the final and i wasn't concerned because he originally wasnt...

JennyBee86 Got a long way to go. I was a thrower for 10 years and that made me a little more large and in charge than what I wanted to be. Now I just gotta start toning and cutting some of that weight off. If you ever have any questions about throwing - hit me up :) Feb 23, 2009 3:52pm
