yea it's been a while, the best show i did i placed 5th out of 12. the rest? well, didn't finish top5, it's on my bodyspace if you want more details but i gained more experience than anything from all the shows. how about you man? how long you been lifting?

I broke my wrist in a freak accident on my bike - Ridin down hill, front brakes fall off and jam in spokes, bike sumersaults & I fall of and break my wrist :( I had to walk the rest of the way to the gym that evening cus my bike was F*cked! LOL

That is awesome when you have a break and can train that much! Good luck with school! Things are good, been pushing myself with the weights and really picking up the cardio going long distances trying to build up the endurance. Hope you have a great weekend! Happy Training :) Amber

I broke my wrist bad. I've been out for 9 months now - lifting with 1 hand for all that time! slowley healing now, & expecting to be good by mid september
