I have never really been one to watch what I eat, but if I'm going to continue to progress I realize that I need to start eating healthy. Starting next week, I am going on the Mens Health "Abs Diet". I hope to get my 6 pack back and maybe even an 8 pack. I'll keep you posted.

wow nice and thank you! I actually think doing what u told me to do got my tris bigger. I do the v bar push down and close grip bench.. sometimes I add in the rope and a few other tri exercises if they aren't blasted enough. for my bis and forearms the best results I got were from hammer curls and preacher curls reverse/regular.
I need to work harder on my lower body if I'm ever going to make my 1000 lbs lift total. Thanks for asking. How are you doing? Your arms look like they're making good progress.
More power to ya bro! How often do you work your chest? I need to focus on upper body a little bit more, My shirts still fit but all my jeans are too tight now hahah.
