Naa probly not i do 120 standing up using a barbel you probly do that much seated either way is challanging but seated is much much easyer.Try doing it standing up next time make sure your back is straight and your arms stay to your sides while you do this.

Believe me my stats are very accurate with wear i am now, the only real tip i can give you is (reasearch) know bodybuilding know what supplements are which know the diffrent poses bodybuilding is not just lifting it's weight training,nutrition,hydration,a nd rest when you know yourself and how your body reacts to this combo you will be on your way.

U can find local competitions through bodybuilding.com, just searh for a local one, or check out ocbbodybuilding.com they have themj all over the place, I placed second in mine.. but it was INBF
