well when i moved to todworth i wanted to get some more respected and better my self, i used to me really lean like a runner as i played pro football, but i wanted to move in a new dirction so i started weight training to bulk up!
Why I Love It:
i just love pounding out the weight! and getting such a buzz by the progression!

i stay motivated by setting my self goals and weights 2 achive!
