Well my friend gave me a card to go to the gym and i got in for free for a month and i used it alot and just kept going.
Why I Love It:
I love, working out, because... i get to eat delicious supplements

Close Grip Bench Press, most of my shoulder and chest related lifts have increased since starting them

i don't think i'm very happy with xpand either. and i've quit on the NO xplode crap too. i'm gonna switch to regular creatine ethyl esther and just caffeine pills for energy.
