How I Started:
I didn't start bodybuilding until about a month and a half ago, but I had my life change in feb of 07 thats when I started eating right, walking started with 1 mile worked my way up to 4 miles then started running part of it now I run 1-2 miles a day I lost 110-120 lbs

look at some of my old pic, remember what is was like to be large, what I couldn't do, what I can do now! look at people who are in the process of what I have gone threw and know that I never want to be there again!

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
