How I Started:
well, i started working out actually about a year ago when i broke up with my ex. just got tired of being miserable. unfortunately its a year later and i don't see much change. people have noticed a change in my body but im not seeing it! only thing im losing is my boobs!!!uuuuhg. it makes me feel worse acutally. i would be fine with that if the rest of my body looked good. anyways, that's how i got started... im hoping to stick to it and thinking about getting a trainer now.
Why I Love It:
at first i just loved the feeling... energetic... happy i was there... but i think i was also hopeful. now im kinda losing hope... i dont see my body ever being what i would like. arg!
How I Stay Motivated:
well, honestly im struggling with that. im just gonna try not to give up. a friend got me back on this site... i will try to blog or do whatever it takes i guess.

sunday afternoon i was trail riding in utah on my quad. i was wearing new boots that i wasn't used to and caught some air... my boot slipped off my beg and hit the dirt on the right... the back right tire caught my foot and pulled me under the quad then rolled me about four times. thank God...
Hey sorry to hear about your accident, that sucks. I am mutual friends with jsump and he is one cool dude. Pick your head up and dont be so down on yourself. My wife sometimes acts the same way when she cannot workout because of time and i tell her the same thing. Monitor diet changes and you will not have to worry so much. Just take care of the problem first then the gym second.

hey kiddo, sorry to hear about your accident. thank god you are ok! just remember this is just a test..we all get tested everyday. you can overcome this....just stay positive! you have a huge support group...all of us on bodyspace!!!
Wow! I am so glad you made it out of something like that alive! I eyes begin cringe when I was reading your blog post! I hoping that you have better days, but there are so many bright side to your story such as the fact that it could have been much, much worst! Hope you feel better!
