Because i am tall (6'5) i was quite skinny so i wanted to fill out my frame..after i started i became addicted now i love it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of sculpturing your body to how u want it..i love the feeling of overshadowing people...i love the feeling of being a freak and sticking out in the crowd...
How I Stay Motivated:
i watch pro bb's dvds all the time, i have them all!!
just one comment from someone saying, 'wow your big aint ya' boosts my motivation and keeps me in the gym working extra hard

Current Workout:
Monday: Chest + Pump Triceps + Calves
Tuesday: Back + Pump Biceps
Wednesday: Thighs and lower back
Thursday: Shoulders + Traps + Calves
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Weak part day or Rest Day
Sunday: Rest Day
Each sessions last between 45 mins - 1hr + 30 mins
Good for you - don't limit yourself, and be sure to set definite goals writing them on a calendar...if you never put a date down, then you might never do it...you know what I mean. Have any pictures that show some muscle that is hiding under your shirt? Would love to see them.
