How I Started:
I began working out with a female bodybuilder friend of mine in 2007 but life got the best of me and didn't leave room for gym time. I occasionally would go through 2008 but not like I wanted to. I am FINALLY back into full swing, getting to the gym at LEAST 4-5 days per week!
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me a great sense of accomplishment and makes me feel better about myself- boosts my confidence and self-worth.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people on this site are motivation enough, but I keep myself motivated through progress and knowing that with all of my hard work, I can FINALLY have the body that I have only dreamed of in the past- I want to look and feel my best..gain that "confidence" I hear so much about! haha
BB Accomplishments:
I have already lost some inches in my hips and my strength is increasing regularly- great feeling!

Goal (Long):
I have been the chubby girl my whole life and after 23 years I want to be the "hot girl"! I would like to lose 20-25 lbs but as long as I lose the chubby parts and tone up, I don't care what the scale says. I just want to look great and feel even better!
I just have to shout out a HUGE, "THANK YOU" to everyone on this site that has been so supportive and complimentary....you have no idea what an enormous boost it is for my confidence and helps me want to push myself past my limits. I have been hitting the gym alone for quite awhile...
Yeah? "O"side? I love Del Mar beach all the way to La Jolla Cove. You can find me in P.B. running or at the Tavern or Typhoon Saloon just hanging out, keeping outta trouble.
Thanks for the congrats! No comp plans soon, afetr illness, economic hardship and other setbacks I am just trying to get on track again..but i will be even better than ever, you'll see!

Hey sorry for taking so long to reply lol I'm good thank you :) I'm happy today coz iv just done 137.5kg for 6 squats n 170kg for 3 deadlift! :) that's not a lot for me coz iv done 175kg squat and 205kg deadlift b4!! But seeing as how I pulled all the muscles in my lower back playing rugby its not a bad start lol wow I need to shut up about myself lol howz ur nutrition going then?? Still getting better?? I need to work on mine coz its rubbish! :( lol hope to hear from u soon :)
