Background

When I Started: Nov 2009
HOW I STARTED:

So i turned thirty seven in January and it hurt, okay I know its not a big deal but I look back at all the years I missed and what I could have looked like by now, I often asked myself is is too late to start? Than I look on here and see fifty year olds with bodies that I could only dream of having, I also see people missing limbs, in wheel chairs, and they are competing at top levels, wow is that an inspiration or what. Okay I am on facebook and myspace and twitter but what have I noticed fake people thats what I have noticed, guys who want woman to look at them and compliment them and woman who want the same, but do they help to motivate and provide inspiration and determination to others no. This site would not be what it is today if not for the wonderful inspiring and dedicated members of bodybuilding.com. I can truly say that everyone in my friend list has and continues to bring inspiration to me. From funny ass stupid videos, to words of wisdom, supplement advice, training advice, you have all inspired me to take this journey with a hand held out for support and a shoulder to lean on. I want to thank all of my bodybuilding.com friends and the administration for helping me get on the path to the journey of the rest of my life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The self esteem that comes along with improvement

My Workout Program

Currently doing 4 sets of 8-10 reps. Light to heavy.

My Motivation Program

It was hard working out at home and staying motivated. I could never push my limits because there was never anyone to spot me. I had to resort to using a bowflex which was good but at the same time could not give me the results i needed

What libriny is up to

libriny is now friends with waylman.

Jacked 3d

Posted in Training  :  Dec 28, 2010 5:44pm
I used to brag about NO-Xplode and than three months went by and I switched to Jacked 3D as well as Powerfull also by USP labs. I have to say that the amount of Jacked you have to take compared to the NO-Xplode is awesome just a tiny bit and about 4 ounces of water, so I now take 3 scoops and 3 of the powerfull pills daily, let me just say the change is nothing less than incredible, my pumps are extreme and the weight i am now lifting is astonishing me. I have had more people than ever asking me what i have been taking. People have been asking me what steroids I am on and how I am now lifting...

I keep saying lift heavy but I have a few inbox messages that have convinced me to write this post. Yes I want to help as many people as possible BUT this group comes first and quite honestly if they do not want to be in here heck they dont in my eyes need my advice (cocky I Know) Okay weight lifting straps - Use weight lifting straps to keep going when your progress begins to stall; they strengthen your grip during pulling movements like deadlifts, pull-ups, and rows. It is amazing what you can do with a fridge full of fresh fruit and a blender. The difference between blender recipes and juicing is the added advantage of soft fibers. This is wonderful for cleaning and maintaining a healthy colon. Blender recipes are an excellent addition to a healing and cleansing program.
