Missed or should say going to miss todays workout.Working nights from 6-6 has left me not sleeping for 24hrs,not eating as well and feeling quite ill.All in all not good,just got few hours sleep though and feel better,will try and go Tues,Wednes,Frid,Sat split this week and fit wokrouts in...

Well, I would rather say that the two weeks off were not as devastating as I expected. Have you made the changes to diet you were planing? have you seen any difference?
