i hardly ever train abs lol!!..but whebn i do, i like to do cable rope crunches, normal crunches and hanging knee raises

hey man..thanx for the comment..at the moment im just cruising..as i lost a lil wieght due to being in the army.but im back on track to get back to my former self....hows the weight loss coming along?

well i coudnt train legs for like 8weeks..but now my legs have regained their former size so its all good

yea my injuries is ok now..iv almost regained all my leg strength back id say 80% now..althought running still causes me a lot of problems, which i cant really do no more

hey man...my current routine is 4 days a week training for an hour at atime...at the moment im doin chest and buceps, legs, day off, back then shoulders triceps.......i usually get in in 6 meals a day everyday...shootin for 350-400 grams of carbs and 250-300+ of protien
