Haven't been on here for a loooong while, haven't been in the gym for nearly as long.So to go back and explain the title of this blog...shortly in to 2011 i felt a twinge when doing woodchops, nothing to be concerned by, felt it a fair bit when deep squating 120-160kg. Then one day i stiff DL 120kg and on the 5th rep had couldn't get past my knees, as i lowered it i really felt this twinge in my lower left abs. It was as it i was getting carpet burn on my skin - i thought my boxers or... Go to BodyBlog

simongower cheers, only thing is i think theres quite a bit of fat aswell. waist is starting to get bigger lol. you still eating 3500 cal a day? your weight never seems to stop going up. I bought that dipping belt, arrived this morning. Going to give it a test tomorrow Mar 8, 2011 1:27pm

simongower Ye, think I might have to look into a dipping belt. Where did you get it from? Used to just hold a dumbbell between my feet but started getting a bit hard when I used the 24kg. Bought some wrist lifting straps to go around the bar. Keep loosing my grip when I'm doing deadlift and what not Feb 1, 2011 1:12am

AgainstheOdds I always start my back work out with wide grip chins... But Lat pull down is my favorite by far... both wide and close grip... and bent over rows and seated rows... But thats all what works for me Oct 9, 2010 5:56pm
