At 5'5 Going on 50yrs, My father created this addiction.... couldn't of asked for a better "hand me down".
Why I Love It:
Its a sport in a world of its own... Theres nothing out there that could give you the same "High" you get when you smell the air of a gym.....
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding in its self is motivating.. I do this for me and No one else.
BB Accomplishments:
I can say that i've stayed 100% Natural, pushing my self day in and day out... From my eating to my training..WOOHA!

178lbs...This was my first NPC show! took 4th out of 6... i'll get them next year! and i will make middle weight!

When your are dieting for a show, what does your post workout look like? Im deciding if I should drop the carbs post workout and just force my body to use its own glycogen stores. If you could let me know what you do that would be great.
