lhxs joined the BSN Transformation Challenge BodyGroup.

Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I was on course for the best shape of my life from January 2013.... but got taken to hospital and have had 6 weeks recovering. Such a major setback when motivation was so high and I'm back to square one. I wont be defeated though. The proof is here. Members: 3866

lhxs Disaster struck. I got hit by a bust appendix and then an infection and second operation that has at least 4 weeks recover. WHAT DO I DO??

hoopaholic11 hey man, yes i think its awesome program for fat burning, but i think its going to be the toughest program i've ever done, we will see as i'm starting it on monday.(4weeks pre-holiday cut)once completed I will review it and let you know, how is the shortcut to size coming along? theHOCK Calories wise I've never really tracked that but just watch my portions. I feel as long as I eat clean....lean protein, good carbs (none past 5pm) and veggies I should be good. I'm doing cardio almost 2 times a day 15 to 30 mins and the result have been good thus far. Now if only I could lose that remaining belly/love handle fat I'd be golden. Feb 5, 2013 10:11pm

eddiebigness I just had a protein shake and about to head to work. I have a work out partner that joined the contest too. We are going to the gym at our lunch time. Today we planned a back and biceps workout. We also are going to get salads instead of eating off the roach coach. Feb 1, 2013 7:29am

theHOCK Good stuff brother! You're def making some good strides, that's awesome! I'm hoping to have some updated pics up in the next day or two. Are you doing a lot of cardio? I'm doing at least 15 to 30 mins a day, sometimes twice a day. Lifting 5, sometimes 6 days a week. Diets been pretty strict but I've def had some cheat meals. Jan 30, 2013 8:23pm
