I want to put on about 8 - 10 lbs of lean muscle mass by March 08
Goal (Long):
I want to have a bigger and leaner body with ab's from hell. I have a small frame so size does not come easy for me. In highschool I tippped the scale at about 135 lbs, I had the shape of a #2 pencil. I am currently eating 6 -7 times a day and trying to balance my lifting with just a touch of cardio. As soon as the snow is flying I will stop the cardio. I have a huge respect for anyone that is trying to change their shape. It is alot of work but well worth it. If it was easy everyone would do it!
yeah eating is the hardest part of this whole thing. All I can see is eat clean and eat alot. And make sure you are doing plenty of compound moves like deads, squats and bench
its LMAO...laugh my ass off....and thanks for the comment bro...my diet is just clean your round, and i cycle my carbs...the lowest they go is 200g, and i take them as high as 450g
Yeah that sounds good. I wish I could keep track of stuff like that. I just got done with deadlifts, 3 sets 405 of 5 reps, I'm wasted. Good sups to me at least have been super pump 250, a protein isolate, vitamin, and depending on your age some prohormones. I still haven't touched those yet.
Unlike you I'm kinda got some body fat, but I'm trying to get some bulk. If you need any info on what products are good, like supplements, I can help you out. I work at GNC, unlike most GNC employees I know my stuff. So yeah keep me posted on progress.
