i do a lot of commercial work - modern design. doing a large project at OSU right now. field of architecture is alittle slow with the ecomomy right now!

i outlift the guys at my gym - they ar better training partners anyway - less catty-ness - so what if they are intimidated - they should be! go get them!

hanging keg raises decline bench with a medicine ball held over head and eating clean! but you can get abs thru using your core in all types of strength training

you have a squat bar with your weight (plates) then add logging chains that touch the floor as you squat the weight of chain decreases and then at top of squat you have the full weight of chain. Look into westside barbel - website

I AM DOING WORK! squating with logging chains....kicking reverse hypers ...thenhiking 7 miles in hilly terrain the next day - ok i was icing that nite...:) lol

well eating clean is a large part of it - if you have an email i can send you a list of what i eat. then training consists of at least 3 days of strength training and doing cardio 3 days. take it a day at a time - just remember that you are doing this for you and...you are worth it!
