When I Started:
Nov, 2007
How I Started:
I was NEVER a fit person. I was thin- skinny fat is a better term. I didn't do sports, I didn't join aerobics classes, I only walked. As I grew older my tricks for losing weight no longer worked. I was gaining weight, losing energy, losing self esteem and becoming lethargic. I decided to change that and take control. I knew I needed help, but needed to find somewhere that would let me bring my son. Gyms and trainers are expensive, but i found a trainer that had a studio and would let me bring my son. I found that I really enjoyed going and becoming fit.
Why I Love It:
Training has become a part of my lilfestyle. It quite literally has changed my life for the better. I can have a very challenging day at work and not feel like going to the gym, but after I get there and start to sweat and feel the burn, my stress melts away, I get an instant high and life is great again. Training has become a journey of self discovery and has made me a better person. I am confident, strong and empowered; I can accomplish anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation can be diffiuclt when the weather is bad, your child is complaining about having to go to the gym again and you had a tough day at work. I have picture on my fridge of my next goal, usually an image of someone who beat me or a pro figure model that I want to try to transform a body part to become. Most of my motivations come from my heart. You have to have the heart to see it through. You owe it to yourself to keep going. All day long you do for others...now its your time and get to teh gym!

Eat clean...lift more...train harder - lean the legs....:) DO WORK CREW
Goal (Long):
I have never been satisfied with second place. I believe in working hard at everything I do. I have been very blessed to have come so far in such a short period of time. But i am not done yet. I want to have the body I have always dreamed of and can be proud of anywhere I go. I want killer legs and a hamstring glute connection that rocks....
Sorry it took soo long to get back to you I have been out of town with no comp. Training has been going great just hadnt hit the cardio the way i like but i will get some cardio one way or another how bout you how have you been doin?
LOL...girl I know...I lift better/more than most of the guys with dumbells. I wish you were here to work out with...or where I live in the states so we could meet up when I go in for vacation! My upper body is rockin right now, but I have to concentrate harder on my lower half to get that developed...so stubborn! Always great to hear from you! You ok?
Hey the new 20 looks good on you!!!!! I'll even let you get away with being from Ohio (you probably like Ohio State football)...hahahaha! Anyway, keep killin' it in the gym!
Girl, I wish...I work in Baghdad...the women here are not serious about the gym at all the the men are intimidated...IF I so happen to find a "workout partner", they quit within two weeks!
