I did compete in the elite I finished 4th. I didn't do the musclemania event. I decided to the do the Charlotte mid-atlantic which I finished 4th in too.

Your welcome! Your becoming a pro at this comps your going to looking great and definitely look better than at your last show! Me I am feeling great. I am looking forward to the shows( I am doing a 2nd one on the 7th of nov.) I am hoping to be a little bit bigger this time;) I've only lost 1 1/2 the whole 8 1/2 weeks I've been dieting so I just leaned up real good. Its a very good and simple diet.

Its not my first. I did a couple comps 3 years ago. I hear ya on the knee I haven't lift legs in 2 weeks so hopefully come saturday I am good to go;)So I am going to take it easy and start wearing a knee brace.

Same old same old here. Startin my diet next tuesday for my competition in NY in Oct. So I pretty amped up about that. Just hope my knee will hold up(tendenitis) just can't take enough time off.
