How I Started:
my parents were always really into fitness and nutrition. i was just sitting around one day and decided to hit the gym. i saw results fast and ive been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
the feeling you get when your challenging yourself.... whe u push yourself beyond limits you never thought you could reach. its an amazing feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing how fast my body responds to change. how good i feel when i put on jeans that are 2 sizes smaller. how sexy i feel naked in front of my boyfriend!!
BB Accomplishments:
being able to do 10 bench dips, doing the stair stepper for 45 minutes without stopping. i couldnt do any of these 90lbs ago!

i want to lose 50 more pounds and gain muscle
Goal (Long):
i was always a heavy child. only recently in my early 20s did i finally get serious about losing weight after years of unsuccessful dieting. i stuck with it and was consistent with my diet and exercise and in under a year i had dropped 90lbs. i have come a long way but have not reached my entire goal yet. i would like to have a strong, lean, fit body. i would like to be healthy overall and feel as good as i look. ive always been told "you have such a pretty face" but now i would like my body to match my face!!

If you plan on keeping that same rate of progress you should enter your weight every night that would be cool to see. Besides that it would be motivating. Mine is boring can't loose weight can't gain it.
