When I Started:
How I Started:
Always played sports growing up, then in high school and college, so now that I am older its a way to stay in shape and still hit the weights.
Why I Love It:
The reason I love it is because when I'm at the gym its like you can escape from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. No matter what is going on at the moment I check it at the door when I walk in the gym and focus 100% on what I'm doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
One of the better stress relievers out there, nothing beats lettin some frustration out at the gym.

Thanks for the compliments on the pullup video. looks like you can do some pullups yourself. great pic of your bicep. pullups will build your forearms too!
