Thanks. You too. I have a show coming up in 5 weeks so I can't eat too much. How about you..any competitions coming up soon? What exactly is that you do when you compete?

Thanks man. You look awesome. Read your profile and you remind me of me. I was only 140lbs out of high school and was tired of being "pushed around". I earned my amateur-pro card last year and i use my new found respect to inspire people to become better. Keep up the great work and i'll keep uploading the vids.

Pretty impressive muscle gain. How many days/times a week do you train? What are your favorite supplements? How many meals are you getting in per day? How much do you weight in the off-season?
