Decided enough was enough and it was time to get a mans body.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me focused on life and also keeps me fit, strong and healthy for my job. Always new targets to hit. Everyone into Bodybuilding is absolutely sound as a pound and very helpful. Great to be a part of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep training and eating a controlled diet. Change my training regular. Read Muscle and Fitness, BodyFitness and MuscleMag. Sometimes Flex too. Keep coming on Bodybuilding.com and talk to the amazing guys and gals on here. I've had some great help and it's great to know there's help there and i would do the same for others....RESPECT
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments as of yet but watch this space....2010 is my year on the stage in UK...COME ON!!!!!!!

I have been training for a few years now and everything is going in the right direction. I feel it's time i made use of all the hard work and money i've put in over these years by competeing and winning. I will be looking to get to about 15 1/2 stone this winter and then start dieting next summer ready for the competition next April. If i'm entering i'm winning and i wont settle for anything less than 1st place. I have the guys around me to help me with their extensive knowledge and i'm looking forward to going the distance with this one. 14 months of hard work and dedication starts right here, right now.....COME ON!!!!!!!!
no prob bro. calories...mainly eat clean yes, any protein is ok..i eat it all as far as cheats, keep it to a minimum but if you feel like a greasy pizza or burger go for it. no need to hold back...just make sure you can always see your abs lol
well bro its a matter of calories..sometimes you'll hit that plateau and it might take a while. i havent figured out the secret yet either. i've been sitting around 205-210 for the past several months. here is the thing, i dont base my cons based upon how much weight i weigh. as long as im getting stronger, its all good. even still if i dont, i switch up my training and foods i eat. the body is very adaptable, switch everything up every 4-8 weeks or when you hit that plateau
I signed with them on 6-1-09, its def my most proudest accomplishment of my bb career! i appreciate all the kind words bro..hit it and hit it hard for next year brutha!
What are you contemplating doing so far?
Maybe start with something light like dandelion.. then move on. Depends if you're contemplating diuretics? may not want to go that route until you're coming up to your show.
Hey hun!
That's cool you gotta keep at it! You'll get there :)
I've been in London today filming for a tv show about my training. Oh it was funny I'm so rubbish in front of a camera. Really not natural!!
How's training for you?? X
Bro, you probably need a little analysis of what your currently doing before you can make any adjustments. The good thing is your all fired up. If you want to pm me and let me know what your doing I could probably make a few suggestions.
