No man should ever eat cals that low...are you trying to lose muscle? You might want to change your goal from "I want to gain muscle" to "I want to join the local girl scout troop!" lol. Gotta eat kid.
Macros look good, but that's only 2450 cals. I'd drop 10023993483lbs eating that little. I think you might not realize how much you truly have to eat to get big. Macros look nice on paper, but sometimes you need 400 g's each of protein and carbs to get where you want to go. What are you looking to do?
Kashi cereal is good stuff...but oats are better and about a tenth the price. I just eat oatmeal, bananas, and whole wheat pasta for carbs. Anywhere from 150 grams on a low day to 500 or so on a high day...most days about 350. Protein is no less than 250 grams, more like 300 lately.
Hey Charlie! A good exercise for lower/outer chest is alternating narrow/wide grip pushups on an incline (I use the edge of my bathtub). With your feet on the floor, rest your hands on the edge of your bathtub, and do as many pushups as possible for 4 sets. 2 sets with a narrow grip, 2 sets with a wide grip. Looks like your chest is really well developed already, so this should improve your tone and density quite a bit over the next 60-90 days. What's your current chest workout like?
I would say the best outer pec exercise is just about anything involving dumbells as they activate the deltoid/pectoral tie-in the most. From the looks of you though, your outer chest is well developed. What's your current routine like?
