I hope things have slowed down for you so you can hit the gym again. Things aren't going well for me. I've been in the hospital for a week now. I walked into a dr.'s appt. collapsed and haven't been able to walk without help since. They are running all kinds of tests, I just got done with a spinal tap but so far they have no idea what's going on. So..... no gym for me and I'm really enjoying the rice krispy treats! :)

How are you? It's been a long time since I've talked to you. How are things going? I just had baby #2 (girl) so I'm starting all over again.

Thanks! I don't know if I would use tremendous but it's much better than what I looked like 4 weeks after having my son. I have 10 more lbs to lose to be back to my pre-baby weight and then lots of toning to do!

I'm glad training is going well! I have to agree about how cute my son is! :) I'm hoping my daughter is the same way but right now she's tiny.

Thanks! The pictures I have posted are of my son (he's 22 months) but I did just have a baby girl too. I'm DONE being pg! HA! Good luck on your goal, how is training going?

How's the pregnancy or have you had the baby yet? I had my daugther 9 days ago and I started my nutrition plan 8 days ago and I got on the treadmill yesterday! YEAH! I hope your recovery process is quick!!

Thank you! Yeah she was born last Mon. Labor was VERY easy. It only took 2 pushes and she was out so I'm already back on the treadmill as of 8 days later! :) Thanks, I've only been trying to compete for 2-3 years now but every time I got pregnant so I will make sure that doesn't happen again! HA!

Couldn't be better. I get induced late tonight so I will have my daughter sometime tomorrow!! I get my nutrition plan so I can start that on Mon. or Tues. whenever I get home from the hospital and then in a few weeks I will start my training plan so I can work towards the figure comp. in May! How are you?

Thanks for the add! I know, I'm not even worried about the whole labor & delivery part all I can think about is getting my running shoes back on and lifting again! Good luck with your goals, I look forward to following your progress.

Oh good, there is another preggo mom out there! :) How far along are you? I have at most 3 weeks left (I'm getting induced). Good luck with your pregnancy!!! Good luck maintaining that muscle mass, lifting while pregnant is VERY frustrating because no matter what you do your body does what it wants. I worked out the entire time while I was pg with my son and my recovery was VERY fast, I was back to light lifting and walking/jogging in 2 weeks of my delivery.

How is everything going? I have been put on bed rest (possibly until the end of my pregnancy - 11 weeks left unless she comes earlier) so now I'm really being careful about what I eat! It's difficult when I'm home sitting on my ass all day. Any good/healthy snack ideas?

No problem! Good luck, you would think something as simple as drinking more water would be easy but it really isn't. I did drink 4 liters yesterday so I'm proud of myself for that now I just have to keep it up!

I'm asleep by 10 pm! Did they at least taste good! HA! Don't beat yourself up too bad today, you can't go back and change what you ate last night but you can change what you eat today! :)

That's a great idea. It's easier to not know how many calories you just consumed but I need to hold myself acountable!

I don't know what it is about this week if it's that I know I'm pg and that gives me an excuse or what but this last couple days I have done HORRIBLE, GRR!!! Oh this is not the best I can do. Yeah a break from the gym is always nice!
