lifting with running
Run 2 miles and lift a major body part. I incorporate bis, tris, and shoulders together.
Occassionally run 4-5 miles and that's it.

It's pretty simple: I try to follow the Nutrition Plate. I eat until I feel satisfied, but not full.
I take protein and a preworkout mix.

I love out lifting and out running my piers and I don't intend to stop anytime soon.
Wrestled for 10 years and played football for 10 years. My major is Kinesiology. My profession: soldier. I have no excuse for not being fit. I will not let video games and fast food make me overweight. I plan on being fit for life.
