How I Started:
I had alway been a little guy and I just wanted people to give me a little respect. Plus I wasn't having a lot of luck with the girls I liked.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I'm pumping iron. I have seen some real improvement in my physical appearence. I love it when people I haven't seen in a long time comment on how I look. Which way to the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read muscle mags. When I look in the mirror it motivates me to get back in there and keep working it. I'm also studying to become a personal trainer, that helps too. I want to help others to improve their health.

I'm working out 6 days a week. I just started at a new gym because I moved to tennessee. I'm going to work my pecs 3 days a week with 48hrs between same muscle workouts. The other 3 days I will work arms, legs, and back. I'm working abs for about 15mins each day at the end of my workout.
considering your weight i would say you need to up your cals to 4500-5000 a day with 240-300 grams of proteins.
Currently i experiment with all kinds of baby gruels, they are very healthy and a good soure of calories, although i don't know any brands in USA, i eat three packages a day(nestle) with milk- thats alone up to 4000 cal.
