It's pretty much core lifts for this 5X5 program but a few of the lifts do activate auxiliary muscle groups. -Jeff

Vasocharge is a great supplement. I found that anything over 2 scoops is too much stimulation for me. It's bitter, but adding one scoop of Xtend helps improve the taste. Looking ripped!!! Dominic
