Striving to obtain my personal training certification. Also 2 lose 15lbs by December!
Goal (Long):
I want to lose 15lbs and 5% body fat by December 2009 for my wedding.I would like to develope the body of a boxer, lean muscle mass.I've increased my cardio drasticly by jogging and doing abs at least 5 times a week.My goal is to weigh 175lbs and have 6% body fat.I want to see my six pack especially and get more definition in my back as well.I plan to become a personal trainer by next year so I have to have a body of one. THis is my goal and with God's help I will achieve it.
I think I'm doing something wrong. I don't kno whether I'm lifting too heavy or not doing enough cardio but I can't get definition to save my life. My clothes still fit lose and I'm eatn 5-6 times a day but the scale keeps moving the wrong way. I'm doing 2 adays, the gym and p90x but nuthn seems...

Hi Big Lew...I am well today. Getting stronger, but still difficulty with breathing while running....so just didn't. Worked legs and chest and took some pics today. Nice Tat in your new pic. How are you this evening?
how am I having a great time with them? lol....dont find out about the show until Dec. 15th...DONT REMIND ME..lol...training is through the roof. I ate out lastnight....NO GOOD! but thats it for me. -Brittnie
