Goal (Long):
I want to lose 15lbs and 5% body fat by December.I would like to develope the body of a boxer, lean muscle mass.I've increased my cardio drasticly by jogging and doing abs at least 5 times a week.My goal is to weigh 175lbs and have 6% body fat.I want to see my six pack especially and get more definition in my back as well.I plan to become a personal trainer by next year so I have to have a body of one. THis is my goal and with God's help I will achieve it.

I think I'm doing something wrong. I don't kno whether I'm lifting too heavy or not doing enough cardio but I can't get definition to save my life. My clothes still fit lose and I'm eatn 5-6 times a day but the scale keeps moving the wrong way. I'm doing 2 adays, the gym and p90x but nuthn seems...
