HOW I STARTED:

Have always been a gym rat but this year I met friends that were in better shape that made me focused to get it right.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I was all ways called slim when i was playing ball but after working out it changed to big man. self-esteem increase

mpjoubert Thanks for your comment! I eat about 5 times a day, mostly protein and veggies (low carb) and I don't do too much cardio, not as much I as want. Lets say its 3 x 20 min HIIT per week. If I feel like it, I add 30 min steady cardio after my weight training. Good luck with your goal! Feb 4, 2012 3:28pm
