I use a bodyfat caliper. There are different methods, but the more points that you take measurements from, the more accurate it will be. But probably what is more important than the percentage is how you look unless you need to know the number for a specific reason.

Things are going well. Strength is still going up, just have to remember to be slow and not push too hard and too fast to get back where I was. It takes time. How goes it with you, man?

Hey man. Life has just been keeping me busy. Lots of things on the personal side that need to be dealth with both negative and positive, but that's life, eh? Still been working out. Changing more into a bodybuilding/strongman mode to combine the two. Strength is definitely going up and working on keeping the bodyfat coming down. How goes it with you?

Congrats on the placing man. 2nd in your first show is awesome!
Training's going well. The strength is coming back fast. I'm back to benching over 500 already and I am hitting 500 for 20 reps on my squat.

Sorry. Been busy. Changing up training. Starte dlifting heavy again, just yesterday. May be trying some strongman competitions. either way I am incorporating more of that into my training. Kind of a hybrid bodybuilding/strongman training routine.
BTW, nice AVI, as always. :-)

Going well. Finally started lifting heavy again, today. Came across a guy who competes in strongman so I am looking to start doing that. My new workout is a hybrid bodybuilding/strongman routine. Actually very similar to how I lifted before, but with a focus on strength.

Actually regrouping this week. I had dropped another 12 pounds, but the redction in calories was killing me. I came across a guy who does strongman training and I am gonna modify one of his bodybuilding/strongman hybrid workouts to see how that goes. Gonna meet a guy this weekend who makes and sells strongman equipment and maybe even see about joining a group that trains for strongman at my old gym. I have decided to play to my strengths. What have you been up to?

Yeah, man. When others get jealous, that's usually a sign you are doing something right. Like Arnold said, "Pity is given. Jealousy is earned." I plan on making people jealous the rest of my life. :-)

He's doing fine. That really made him see how important the family was to him. That's when they decided to start having their "brood." LOL

And his are all by his wife. No blended family there at all. Pretty interesting guy. He is a tow truck driver, but was an ATF agent. He almost got killed in Waco and had to retire on disability. Needless to say, his outlook on life was changed quite a bit.

I know the feeling. Jealousy because you have a goal and are sticking to it and take their excuses away for being lazy and not caring about themselves.

As long as they know you love them, I doubt they would get upset about the count. But I bet they do rib you. :-) BTW, my buddy has 6 and he and his wife always used to say "After 3, it's all the same anyway." I just met a guy who has 10 and he pretty much agreed. LOL

Nice transformation, man. And I just love how your co-workers were so "positive" when you first got to your job by telling you you were gonna get "fat just like them." Misery loves company, eh?
