How I Started:
I was 105 pounds and began lifting in 2003. In April 2008 I learned the Snatch and Clean and Jerk from a competitive Olympic Weightlifter. I realized this sport was much more rewarding than bodybuilding ever was.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I am an Olympic Weightlifter and I stay motivated because I always want to achieve more. I stay motivated through the guidance of a great coach who pushes me to succeed without pushing too hard. This sport is the most technical and hardest form of weight lifting on the planet, that is motivation enough.
