i have used them and will be buying 2 40lbs in a couple of weeks.i'll be adding it to my workout regiment.ive been checking the different workouts that you can do.iam also looking into getting certified as a kettlebell instructor.if you add this to your personal training certification or just add kettlebells in your workouts with customers you'll increase your revenue and customer base.stay in touch.kirk.shelton@gmail.com

have you tried hammer curls for bi's and cable pulldowns for tri's?also try push ups and chinups.i train online at milliondollarbody.com/1fittrainer.if youre interested
