Go from 253lbs and 17% body fat to 240lbs and under 12% body fat by next summer
Goal (Long):
In the long term I want to be about 250lbs and 10% bodyfat. I would like both arms to be over 20 inches, my chest to be 54 inches, and waist to be around 34 inches. I am 21 now and hope to accomplish this by 23.

My split is organized by the weekly calendar due to other obligations
Day 1- Chest/shoulders/tris
Day 2- Back/traps/bicep
day 3- quads/hams/calves
Day 4- rest
Day 5- shoulders/chest/tris
Day 6- bicep/back/traps
Day 7- rest
I do a 9 sets of differnt crunches for 30-45 reps every...
way to go dude.. tremendous!
I am in the middle of a very similar experience... down from somewhere around 300 pounds..at some point I did not check any more.
