How I Started:
I first started when I was 20 but after 6 months and pretty good results I thought I didn't have to keep working out to keep my results. Needless to say I lost all of my hard work. Now I now what i want and am determined to get it done!
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives me a release and I love to see the transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to change up my workouts and once you start noticing some results there is no looking back for me.

I want to lean out and get ripped while not loosing any muscle along the way. I don't want to just kind of have a six pack anymore. I want it to be there when i am not flexing. I know I can do it, it is just time to get to work now that I know what I want!
