How I Started:
My soccer coach started me on a basic lifting program in high school. I trained off and on my freshman and sophmore year, kept steady my junior year, and was officially addicted my senior year.
Why I Love It:
well, basically im addicted. I dont really have any long term goals, i guess its just something that i know alot about and am good at.
How I Stay Motivated:
Envying those guys in the Body Building mags who have 2 hot chicks on their side! And I gotta stay in shape if I'm gonna go to war, some of these artillery guys are fatasses and I'll be damned if i can't carry them out of danger.
Recently here Ive been asked to do some modeling in atlanta, this is something thats always been in the back of my mind but never really thought I would get the chance. Just goes to show that any average guy can be above average with dedication and hard work. Hopefully all goes well with this!

Goal (Long):
I need to gain muscle and shred up. Not bulk, but shred. I'm not a really big guy, only 5'9'', so I feel that I need to make up for that. I started working out 2 years ago, but the last year I've had some difficulties getting into the gym every day (until now) thanks to the army. Now that I'm finally finished training, I can hit it hard every day if I want. It would be nice to change up my workouts, maybe get some tips from more experienced body builders. Other than that, I want to stay healthy, and maybe...just maybe meet a girl.
Now after lifting and seeing some significant progress in the past few months, I've decided that when I get out of the Army, I would like to compete..whether its power lifting or a show I feel like Ill be ready for it.
