This picture was taken on my first day of working out, April 1, 2007. I was very overweight at 267 lbs., and had horrible lower back problems due to the weight. I ate everything in site and knew I wanted to make a change for the better.
I've been working out 6 days a week, 3 hours per day (2 lifting; 1 cardio). To date, I've been working out 8 months straight, and I've lost 65 pounds of blubber, and since gained 12 pounds, likely all muscle. I'm assuming however, that this is mainly muscule. My entire diet has changed from eating fast food 4 times a day to a very balanced and planned out meal structure that i stricly adhere to. My short term goal is to compete in an amateur bodybuilding competition by my 30th birthday (May 2009), and my long term goal is to recieve my Pro IFBB card before i turn 40.
