Naturally thin until my early twenties, I am now 29 and do not want to embark on the next decade still overweight and unattractive.
My life has taken an unexpected turn and I now find myself not working - presenting the perfect opportunity to finally lose the weight. I am overhauling my whole life. I'm studying Travel Writing and Photography, learning to grow my own vegetables and play the guitar, and finding out what I really want in life.
For the past 2 months I have exercised daily and cut out takeaways from my diet. And do you know how much weight I have lost? 0 kilos. Not one. Desperation led me to the internet, where I discovered BB.com, and have spent the last few days trawling transformations. Three days ago I began the traditional bodybuilders diet of 6 small protein/carb/fat meals, and today when I weighed myself... I have finally lost 1 kilo. That is the happiest kilo I ever lost! So I thought, why don't I start exercising like a bodybuilder also, since I think I'm onto something here?
Monday morning I will join the gym. I am now 84kgs, after my 1 kilo loss, and have 24 more to go. I no longer just want to be thin, I want to be ripped!
I have a gorgeous 11 year old daughter and we live in the beautiful country of New Zealand.
My life has been one less travelled... but I wouldn't have it any other way =)

Ok, so the last post was on Tuesday. On Tues I also ate around 2000 cals, and when I got up yesterday I weighed myself, and not only had I sustained that 700g gain, but added another 200g to it. So I gained nearly 1kg in 2 days, as well as feeling bloated and overfed. I know everyone has...

Hello, Best of luck in your goals. It is tough getting started but once you get going and feel your body changing it motivates you to do more. Looks like you have good symmetry, so it's just a matter of turning the fat into muscle. One word of advice, never trust a scale. -Edward-
