I'm glad to hear you are seeing results. I am sad you had to miss little guys b-day! You are so much stronger than I could ever be!!!!! I admire women who are able to keep their sanity in the military. My ladybug turns five in a couple weeks. they grow up so fast!!

I don't know what type of cardio you are doing...but i would definitely add the wieghts. I am a firm beliver that weights and in particular strength training in addition to cardio will increase your success to a healthy life style - which will lead to weight loss due to losing fat and not loss of muscle. Increasing muscle size will increase metabolism- which burns more fat. Best of luck. lert me know how you are making out.
