What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

Hey mate - I usually change it around every week a bit. Keep a core of some kind of bench in there (start of with flat or incline barbell bench), usually include weighted dips but every now and the do decline bench instead, then some kind of flyer movement - usually either incline dumbell or cable crossovers.
